Services and Scope

Loci offers Local Map SEO services to improve the online visibility of the Client’s business on local search platforms. The specific details and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon in a separate agreement.

 

2.2 Web Design and Development

Loci provides web design and development services to create and enhance the Client’s website. The scope of work, timeline, and payment details will be specified in a separate agreement.

 

2.3 Review Management

Loci offers Review Management services to help the Client manage and respond to customer reviews on various platforms. Specific details will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

 

Client Obligations

3.1 Information and Cooperation

The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for Loci to perform the services. Timely cooperation and responses from the Client are essential for the successful delivery of the services.

 

3.2 Intellectual Property

The Client acknowledges that any content, images, or materials provided to Loci for use in the services are owned by the Client or that the Client has the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

 

Fees and Payments

4.1 Pricing

The fees for the Services shall be specified in the separate agreement between Loci and the Client. Loci reserves the right to revise the pricing for future services upon providing reasonable notice to the Client.

 

4.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon, payment for services shall be made according to the payment schedule specified in the separate agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges and result in a suspension of services until payment is received.

 

Confidentiality

Loci and the Client agree to treat all non-public information, including business strategies, processes, and client data, as confidential and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling the obligations under this Agreement.

 

Limitation of Liability

Loci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Loci’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

 

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party if there is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Termination shall not relieve the Client of its obligation to pay for the services rendered up to the date of termination.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona, USA.

 

Modification

Loci reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and the Client is responsible for reviewing them periodically.
